When registered as a user:

  • You can submit your own request/appeal online to CSB.
  • You can track the latest updates of your request/appeal.
  • You can send your messages as well as receive the same to/from CSB.

 

 

Users of Public Access Link (PAL) are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and refrain from entering Personal Identifiable Information (PII) in unsecured or unauthorized platforms. Sharing sensitive details, including but not limited to your social security number, and financial information, in unverified environments can lead to severe consequences such as identity theft and fraud. If you receive unsolicited requests for PII, you should verify the source legitimacy through official channels before responding.
